Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully, as they govern the contractual relationship between Endo Services and Communication LLC ("Company") and you ("Customer"). Your use of this website and shop ("Site") constitutes your agreement to the Terms.
Privacy
- The access and use of this Site is subject to the privacy policy of the Company. For further information on data collection and data usage please review the privacy policy.
Electronic Communications
- Visiting the Site or sending emails to the Company constitutes electronic communications. By doing so, you consent to receive electronic communications from the Company and you agree that all agreements, disclosures and other communications that are provided electronically by email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Prices
- All displayed prices on the Site are in JPY, excluding taxes
- For shipping destinations within Japan, Japanese Consumer Tax (JCT) is applied during checkout.
- For shipping destinations outside Japan, no taxes are applied, unless otherwise noted.
- Additional shipping fees are applied based on products and shipping destination during checkout.
- The Company reserves the right to change any advertised price at any time without further notice.
Payments
- Payment transactions that are made through this Site are conducted in JPY.
- Payment transactions on this Site are delegated to and handled by the payment provider Stripe and might be subject to their own terms and conditions.
- Accepted usual payment methods are Credit or debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay unless otherwise noted.
- Other payment methods such as bank transfer or cash on delivery might be possible upon request.
- All payments are to be made at the time of purchase, before the products are shipped.
Shipping Dates and Delivery Time
- Products that are in stock will be usually shipped within 10 business days, unless otherwise noted.
- Products made to order or customized products are usually not in stock and the processing time can be up to 1 month.
- Unusual significant delays will be communicated to the Customer as soon as possible in order to find a resolution on an individual case-by-case basis.
- The delivery time varies based on the shipping service and shipping destination and is the responsibility of the carrier.
International Shipping
- Available shipping methods depend on the shipping destination and are displayed during checkout.
- The incoterms for International shipments are FOB Japan. The Customer takes responsibility for the goods after it has been shipped.
- If applicable, the Company will provide a tracking number to the Customer after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
Import Regulations, Customs and Import Fees
- Imported goods and services might be subject to local regulations. Depending on the terriotory, additional custom fees or local taxes might apply and will be collected upon import of goods or services.
- By placing orders on this Site, Customer agrees to comply with local laws and regulations when importing the goods and take responsibility for the clearance of import fees, taxes, declarations and import procedures.
Shipping Proxies
- The use of shipping proxies are generally not accepted.
- Orders placed on this Site, where the shipping destination is an address of a shipping proxy service will be cancelled.
Warranty
- All products offered on this Site are covered by a limited 1-year warranty, unless otherwise noted.
- The warrany does not cover deliberate or accidental damage or modification to the product.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
- Generally, returns or cancellations of purchased products are not accepted, unless the goods are proven to be initially defective or the Company fails to fulfill the order.
- Before sending a return shipment, Customer shall contact service@endosc.net and obtain further detailed instructions on how to return the shipment from the Company.
- Initially defective products must be returned in order to obtain a refund or new replacement products.

Shipments returned due to refused or failed import clearance, failed processing or non-payment of local customs, taxes or any other local fees, will be refunded, less the original shipping costs, less the return shipping costs and less a 15% handling fee.

In case of damaged or lost shipments, the Customer is responsible to report it to the carrier, obtain a certified damage report from the carrier and provide it to the Company in order to initiate the refund or replacement process.
Software Updates
- Some products might have the option of updates, which may alter the original functionality of the product.
- The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to add, remove or change the functionality of the product via software updates.
- By installing or using any software updates, the Customer accepts the changes.
Privacy Policy
Acquisition of personal information
- Personal information is acuired by visiting this Site and by initiating or completing a purchase.
- Personal information might also be collected through other communication channels outside of this Site, such as email or social media.
Type and purpose of collected information
- Any information that is necessary to conduct a purchase transaction and fulfill the order such as name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone numbers are collected and stored.
- For purchases that require shipping of physical goods, the Customer's information is passed to the carrier.
- The Customer's payment information, such as Credit Card information is used to process the payment.
- For products purchased on this Site, the product identification or serial number and customer identifiaction and contact information is stored in order to be able to provide after-sales services.
- When Customer subscribes to product waiting lists, the provided information is stored and used to plan product production and distribution as well as notifying the customer when the products are available for purchase.
- When Customer chooses to receive promotion and marketing material at the time of checkout, the information might be used to subscribe Customer to an electronic mailing list to distribute product news and updates electronically.

- Data is stored by the Company directly in electronic form on their own premises or 3rd party data storage providers in a secure manner.

- However, since this Site utilizes 3rd party services such as Ecwid and Stripe, those service providers might utilize cookies in their own way that is beyond the control of the Company.
Disclosure, deletion or modification of stored information
- The Customer may contact the Company and request to disclose which type of information is stored that is associeted with the Customer and may also request the deletion or modification of such information.
